Webster County Disabilities Remodel

Webster County is remodeling a portion of their building at 723 1st Ave South to make new offices for Webster County Disabilities. RoJohn Home Improvement submitted the low bid and was awarded the contract for the work. Work began on Tuesday February 12, 2008. The photos below highlight some of the work done.

Kentfield Garage/Apartment

On Twin Lakes we have recently completed a project where we constructed a new 2 car garage with living quarters above it.  This building was constructed using traditional framing methods.  It is insulated with a combination of closed cell foam, open cell foam and fiberglass blowing insulation in the attic.  Most of the living quarters are finished with pre finished tongue and grooved knotty pine wood instead of drywall.  Below are some photos of the construction process.

Internal Revenue Office

During the summer of 2007, a commercial office space was remodeled from top to bottom for use by the IRS. The work included demolition of existing walls, floor and ceiling. Installation of new walls, doors, locks, windows, insulation, electric alarms, flooring, new ceiling tiles, drywall and painting. Some photos are shown below.
