We are very fortunate to have great craftsmen working with us. We have four long-term employees who have been with the company for over 25 years. Amongst them are younger carpenters recently graduated from a very well-respected Iowa Central Community College Building program. Their pride of workmanship ensures a quality job for you.

Mike McCarville originally started with RoJohn's in 1979; leaving the company in 1986 and rejoining in 2002.  Mike has had experience in all phases of the business and can assist with any type of project.
